Beautiful! I have seen other Kaulbach portraits coloured like this, so that's why I gave it four stars in the 2nd category. It's rarely seen though, which can be found in this [link]

I gave it 4.5 stars for vision, mainly because I see what you tried to do, but I can't really get past the feathers. (Also, I wish it was a little bigger! But that's not your fault.)

I gave 5 stars for technique, which, by the way, is amazing. Nothing that I can see is out of place. Except for the blue feather or lace, or whatever it is, I can see nothing that strikes me as weird or odd. It's just that blue.... thing. Otherwise, good job. (I was debating whether I should mention if it should be smudged or not, but since it's a sketch, it probably shouldn't be smudged.)
